Saint Helena also known as the Ascension Island, requires all visitors to complete and return the "Ascension Island Entry Permit" form, prior to traveling. Download the form. The completed form should be faxed back to +(247) 6152.
All visitors must be in possession of a full medical insurance policy which covers medical evacuation by air, if necessary. You must have personal medical insurance before traveling.
